接着开始制作脚架部分，整理出图中所示的脚架零件，并且照顺序摆放。
These parts are for the LEG assembly, I’ll show you how to install them.

将用于的支撑零件按顺序插接到脚架侧板中。
First, Plug the supporting part into the side plate.

完成之后盖上脚架的另一侧版和底凳，并使用502胶水完成粘接。
Then put another side plate & the bottom part together.

全套的四个脚架完工后的效果，建议新手可以切割出几个额外的脚架总成，以便在摔断后进行更换。

让脚架的圆弧向外的插入底甲板中，并浸上502胶水。
Install the LEG to the bottom deck, watch the orientation.

将机架翻转过来，让它使用脚架完成第一次站立，然后插上图中所示的顶部甲板连接零件。
Flip over the frame, let the LEGs stand itself, then plug the upper deck supporting parts.

取出顶甲板，还有这两颗像箭头符号样的小零件，它们是设计用来掂量重心位置的。
Take out the upper deck & “arrow” parts. They are designed for CG locating.

将重心掂量零件组装到顶甲板的背面，然后用502胶水粘接好。
Glue the “Arrow” parts to the back of the upper deck.

然后再将GPS支撑总成粘接到顶甲板的正上方。
Glue the GPS supporting assembly to the upper deck.

将装好附件的顶甲板暂时组装上，注意此步骤不要使用任何的502胶水。
Now we have completed all of the frame work. For the upper deck installation, we use nylon tie instead of the CA Glue.

顶甲板和下层机臂之间是采用的扎带绑扎连接，这样设计是为了维护时，剪掉扎带即可打开顶甲板。扎带能够提供足够的紧固效果，不需要担心稳定性的问题。
We use 4 pcs of nylon tie to mount the upper deck to the ARMs. For the reason ofeasy opening & repairing. don’t worry about the reliability, It’s super tough.

这时候，我们的机架就完成了99%了，剩下的将我们的电子设备给全部备好，准备装机了。
Now it’s time for the electronics installation. Prepare everything we needed.

电调安装的机臂的根部位置，那里专门留有了电调的放置槽。
Install the ESC to at the root of the ARM. There is a place for ESC mount.

电机紧固在机臂的最外端，并安装上螺旋桨。
Install the Motor at the end of the ARM.

将电机的导线与电调的导线进行连接，注意导线的连接顺序将会影响到电机的正反转向。
Connect motor to the ESC, make sure all wires have pass through the guiding hole.

中心板上专门预留了安装飞控减震球的圆洞，使用该孔洞安装上飞控。
Mount the APM autopilot to the central plate, There are 4 holes for fix the damping ball.

这里安装的是图传发射机与OSD，使用扎带将它们固定到中心板上。

接收机放在中心板的最前端位置，使用魔术贴将它进行固定。
Use velcro to attach the receiver at the front of the central plate.

将顶甲板给组装上，同时将GPS的导线也接入到飞控上。
Mount GPS on the supporting plate, then cover the upper deck.

将摄像头悬挂到顶甲板的最前端，根据个人的需要选择直接挂载还是使用云台挂载。
Hang the camera below the front of the upper deck. It’s also compatible with a gimbal.

这是设备安装完成之后的机架侧视图，可以看出，底甲板是分电板和电调的安装甲板，中间甲板上是接收机、飞控、图传、OSD、数传的安装甲板。顶甲板则用来安装GPS与挂载摄像头使用。电池是绑在底甲板的下面的。
This is the side view of the konta 480. As you can see, battery is going to fix atthe bottom side, The power distributor is locate on the lower deck.APM/receiver/video Tx/OSD/telemetry on the central plate. GPS/Camera Gimbalmount on the Upper deck. Motor & ESC installed in the ARM. That’s all about the electronics.

所有的设备都安装完成之后，就可以使用扎带将顶甲板与下层机臂紧固了，共使用四根扎带，紧固后修剪到多余的部分。
Use nylon tie to fix the upper deck while everything is finished. Trim the extratie when it’s fully secured.
